A bill requiring more homeowner votes on homeowners association boards is on Governor Little’s desk. On Monday, the Idaho Senate unanimously passed HB 361 from Rep. Jon Weber, R-Rexburg. If signed, the measure would give homeowners in developments with HOAs earlier control over the boards governing their neighborhoods instead of leaving associations under total control of the developer until the entire project is completed.
