A “Free Little Library” at The Villages of Five Points in Lewes is now the center of a lawsuit.  Lewes Public Library filed the suit against Villages of Five Points Property Owners Association over a months-long land dispute.  It wants a court order declaring the land belongs to the nonprofit and that it has built a “library facility” that satisfies deed requirements.    Read the article………………
