Attorney: New lifesaving condo laws will make Florida retirement-living impossible for many seniors (FL)

The impact of the new laws will be far-reaching and a form of gentrification, according to one expert. Per the new law, older condo buildings three stories or higher now require inspections and fully funded reserves.
