Residents of the Carrington Crossings condo complex are facing sticker shock in April.  It was the result of a devastating fire that displaced 35 families last June. This means that each owner has a new assessment that could hit $7,000. The blaze, which caused severe damage to one of the buildings, left 25 families still unable to return to their homes.
