Local homeowners association files lawsuit (IN)

A local homeowners association has filed a lawsuit against two Brownstown residents who plan to construct a horse barn and the local government board that approved their project.  The Lake and Forest Club filed a civil suit Oct. 4 against Teresa Thompson, Beulah Hamilton and the Jackson County Board of Zoning Appeals after the board favored an exception for Thompson and Hamilton’s proposed 60-by-90-foot horse barn and 60-by-80-foot indoor riding arena.    Read the article……………..
