A Homeowners Association (HOA) in Iroquois County is calling for action after the latest crash on a road just outside their neighborhood.  Last month, WCIA reported on 18-year-old Elaine Carmen-Loveless, who was driving on County Road 200 North in Loda when she lost control of her car and ended up in Bayles Lake.
