There is finger-pointing in a North Natomas neighborhood about who is responsible for making mailboxes safer after years of mail thefts.  The residents of Rockmont Circle are gathering signatures for a petition demanding the HOA replace older cluster boxes with sturdier ones.  Kelly Obrecht said since she works at home, she’s turned into the neighborhood watch over mailboxes.   Read the article…………………………….
