Malaysia: Dialogue session turns heated over condo woes

A DIALOGUE session at a condominium in Bandar Baru Air Itam in Penang, to resolve property maintenance issues turned ugly when some residents and representatives of the property management company locked horns instead.  Bukit Gelugor MP Ramkarpal Singh and Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer had to intervene to cool down the heated exchange between the two parties.  The residents of Tanjung Court Condominium were unhappy with some of the replies given by Bandar Baru Air Itam Management Sdn Bhd (BBAIM) building maintenance manager P.J.
