West Houston HOA sues management company over unreleased documents (TX)

The Clayton Woods Homeowners Association in west Houston has brought a legal suit against its former management company and the company’s representative Patricia Ortiz for failure to release proper records to the HOA board.  The HOA elected a new board Jan. 11, 2017, after years of service from Elite Association Management Company and its predecessor Texas Community Management. Ortiz has managed both companies. The lawsuit alleges that Elite only provided a limited number of the the documents legally required to be kept.     Read the article………………
