Mayor Kirk Caldwell held a press conference this morning where he discussed a Memorandum of Agreement that was reached between the West Loch Fairways Community Association and the city regarding a disputed section of a popular 2.5 mile long bike path.  Under the MOA, warning signs that restricted the use of 1,600 feet of the bike path will soon be coming down.   Read the article…………………………….
