New apartments and condominium complexes would be prohibited from planting non-functional turf beginning in 2028 under a bill being advanced by Colorado lawmakers.  House Bill 1113 is aimed at limiting non-native grass and artificial alternatives in areas where it doesn’t serve a purpose.
