A woman alleges her condo was flooded because of structural issues and is seeking damages. Theresa Bolds filed a suit against The Riverside Court Condominium Association Phase II Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court on Sept. 14. According to the claim, the plaintiff was the leasee of a condo at 6320 Riverside Drive in Metairie when the incident occurred.
