Metairie woman alleges condo was flooded

A woman alleges her condo was flooded because of structural issues and is seeking damages.  Theresa Bolds filed a suit against The Riverside Court Condominium Association Phase II Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court on Sept. 14.  According to the claim, the plaintiff was the leasee of a condo at 6320 Riverside Drive in Metairie when the incident occurred. The suit states that the plaintiff’s condo was flooded during a rainy period of time on April 1 due to structural issues with the property.    Read the article………………..
