Nearly 100 homeowners at Millcreek Hollow are being forced to pay for roughly $4 million in repairs, due to alleged builder negligence.  According to residents, the builders cut corners when they built the 96-unit property about 15 years ago, and now, the owners are paying the cost.  The management company, FCS, said they tried to hold the builder accountable, but the agency had filed for bankruptcy and is now closed.     Read the article………………..
