Question: Our HOA sent out a letter on July 1 asking for payment on an assessment for more than $12,000, to be paid in full within 30 days.  Forget for the moment that it is an assessment for the roofs of the townhomes and not our villas, or that six out of the seven board members who voted that the roofs should be redone (despite that only a few are in disrepair) are townhome owners!   Read the Q&A………………………………..
