Rescuers comb through the wreckage at the Sky Villa Condominium development in Myanmar’s Mandalay, where more than 90 people are feared to be trapped, as the building’s 12 stories were reduced to six by the deadly quake.  At least nine people have been confirmed dead, and 44 have been rescued so far, according to Red Cross officials. As the city’s hospitals reach full capacity, emergency vehicles are transporting the injured to Pyin Oo Lwin, a town two hours away.
