Question: I have a question about who is responsible for covering repairs to my driveway. I live in a single-family home that has an HOA for the neighborhood. One day, I noticed some water coming up between the brick pavers that make up my driveway in front of my house. It wasn’t a gusher or anything but a noticeable flow of water.
