Christie Richmond, who lives on Tenkiller Dr. in southwest Oklahoma City, said she was surprised by what she saw on her surveillance camera early Monday morning. A picture from the camera shows a man she said broke into cars on her street with another person. “He comes up the sidewalk and walks up my driveway,” Richmond said. “He attempts to enter my car and my husband’s car. We had our cars locked so he left and went across the street and got into my neighbor’s car across the street.” Richmond is also the neighborhood homeowner’s association president.
