  • Christmas Eve Fire Reported at Birch Glen Condos in Piscataway (NJ) December 25, 2023

    All the land in Ocean Grove is owned by the association except for the streets. Many (but not all) homeowners actually lease the land on which their homes sit.   • 3 Egg Harbor condos heavily damaged in fire, as 2 dogs are rescued (NJ) June 5, 2023
    Officials said a driver passing by saw the flames, stopped his vehicle and began knocking on doors, to make sure people were evacuated.  Two dogs were rescued from one of the burning condos by a firefighter and a police officer.
