Construction to fix a growing sinkhole in the middle of a street at the Parkside Condominiums on Bell Road in Phoenix paused for a couple of days following a notice posted on the property on May 13 by the city of Phoenix.  The notice had the words “Stop Work” in black, bold letters.   Read the article…………………………….
