One neighborhood in Toledo’s Old West End is struggling with their trash removal. Homeowners say they’re frustrated after their trash wasn’t picked up this week.  Sheena Swick, a Birckhead Place resident and Vice President of the neighborhood’s homeowners association, said another neighbor told her Republic Services customer service said they couldn’t get through the streets because of large equipment in the way. Crews with Miller Pipeline have been working on the gas lines in the area for the past few weeks. Swick said she’s heard of other neighbors getting skipped before because of blockages, but never the whole neighborhood.   Read the article…………………………….
