Open-Flame Grills Banned On Condo & Apartment Balconies In Osage Beach (MO)

Starting Saturday, open-flame grills will no longer be allowed on decks or balconies of multi-family residences in the City of Osage Beach. The Board voted to adopt Section 308.1.4 of the International Fire Code after a 90-day comment period and three public forums. The rule, already in place in other Lake-area fire districts, bans charcoal burners and open-flame devices on combustible balconies or within 10 feet of combustible construction starting March 1.     Read the article…………………………….
