The owner of a Folly Beach condo is accused of using a hidden camera to make video recordings of beach guests in 2021 and 2022.  William Daniel Mayes, 54, was released from the Charleston County jail Dec. 7 on a $260,000 bond. He was arrested a day earlier and charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor in the first degree and 14 counts of voyeurism.   Read the article…………………………….
