It’s in owners best interest to fill board seats (IL)

Q: My association has had a tumultuous couple of years. As a result, we are having a very difficult time attracting candidates to run for the three-member board of our condominium, which is a nonprofit corporation. We might end up with only two people on the board. Can the board operate with less than three members? What will happen if we have no board members?
