Bay area condo owner sick of paying $350 monthly fee for unit not repaired two years after fire (FL)

Could you imagine living in a fire damaged building for two years? How about paying monthly HOA fees for a condo that’s still uninhabitable and unrepaired two years after the fire?  ABC Action News first told you about this story back in June. February marks two years since the fire first sparked at the Grand Reserve Condominiums in Tampa.
