A Peachland man fought against his strata’s right to charge a fee related to a service he wasn’t receiving and, despite neighbourly opposition, won.   Werner Suter co-owns a strata lot in Peachland, where he was being charged a fee for geothermal heating and cooling expenses like all others who owned a lot.
