Six Perdido Key condo owners are suing Escambia County over the public easement on their beachfront properties.  The public easement was discovered last year on the original land deeds from the 1950s. It says the U.S. government made the first 75 feet from the water public property.  But the condo owners say that portion of the beach is theirs.
