The Division for the Welfare of the Urban Poor (DWUP) reminded the city’s homeowners associations (HOAs) to be aware of their rights.  This as DWUP plans to conduct a series of information dissemination drives around the city to remind HOAs regarding the new implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9904 or the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners’ Associations.      Read the article…………………………….
