A CANADIAN national has asked the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) 7 to probe alleged mismanagement at a condominium in Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, citing violations of fire safety regulations, among others.  George Nathaniel Hancock, a unit owner at Winland Towers Condominium Corp., is asking the NBI 7 to investigate alleged Fire Code violations, criminal negligence and possible collusion among the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) 7, Winland Towers and the Office of the Building Official (OBO).   Read the article…………………………….
