A man’s hit-and-run hoax fell flat at Palm Beach Gardens HOA meeting when witnesses started talking and his evidence betrayed him.  At around 6 p.m. Sunday, officers with the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department (PBPD) were dispatched to a report of an assault with a car following an HOA meeting at a townhome off Miramar Lane, near the Gardens Mall.    Read the article…………………………….
