A neighborhood association is suing the city of Pompano Beach in an effort to block further development at the Palm-Aire Country Club.  According to the 141-page lawsuit, filed in November by the Palm-Aire Country Club Condominium Association No. 8 and two area homeowners, the city can no longer approve any new developments in the Palm-Aire area because the 1,750-acre community reached its density cap of 10,631 residential units long ago.     Read the article…………………………….
