HOA Q&A: Can a Board president change a policy recently passed by the Board? (FL)

Q. I am on the Board of a condominium association. Each year when we establish the reserves, the Board just picks a percentage to increase the reserves but does not get an actual reserve study or quote from a vendor. The last reserve study was done in 2021. Is this the proper way to determine the reserves?   Read the Q&A……………………………….
