Neighbors in a Palm Springs development recorded cellphone video of a man carrying what appears to be a long-barreled gun in a residential neighborhood in broad daylight. It’s a scene that would startle anyone.  This happened in the Lakewood development. The man with the firearm works for a trapping company that’s been contracted to rid the neighborhood of dozens of Muskovy ducks. Because they’re not native to Florida, it’s legal to kill them — humanely.    Read the article…………………
