Q: Are condo owners entitled to see correspondence between the board president and the association’s attorney? Are the owners the client or is the board the client especially if association monies are used to pay the legal fees? Our board is stalling the annual meeting and election and refuses to hold it via teleconference where owners can see the ballots opened and counted.
