A former clerk in the Lycoming County prothonotary’s office has admitted stealing $41,000 from a suburban Williamsport homeowners association.  Ryan A. Workman, 28, Friday pleaded guilty to a theft charge and immediately was sentenced by county Judge Nancy L. Butts to three years’ probation.
