Condo questions: Is a director entitled to team members’ wage information? (FL)

Q: I am on the board of directors of a large homeowners association. We directly employ our management and maintenance teams. It is budget season, and the president will only provide the board members with a summary of total wages and salaries. She is refusing to provide us with a breakdown of the various staff members and their individual compensation levels for fear that the community will find out and believes this should be private information.
