Florida ended January with 172,209 homes for sale—the highest inventory of any month on record, according to a new report from Redfin (redfin.com), the technology-powered real estate brokerage. That’s up 22.7% from a year earlier.  Inventory is a measure of the number of homes for sale on the last day of the month. Redfin’s records date back to 2012.   Read the article…………………………….
