Crews have started removing concrete from a storm drain in Longwood’s Shadowbay community on Wednesday after residents say the plug caused flooding for months.  “It was bad, we couldn’t get out; there were some people who got stalled out and got stuck in the high water,” homeowner Chris Reichert said.   Read the article…………………………….
