Question: The board of our condominium complex is not doing its job. Our building is falling apart. The board is not spending any money on repairs. Our condominium fees have increased significantly over the past years and I have no idea where the money is being spent. We have not had an annual general meeting (AGM) in over two years — our last AGM was just before COVID hit Alberta. What can I do as an owner to get things back on track? Please help!
