A street fight has emerged in the Foothills Community Association as HOA members vote on board members and an update to its covenants, conditions and regulations.  The HOA board and the association’s management company are pushing for homeowners to let the HOA retain its 30-year-old power to regulate what goes on Foothills streets – everything from parked vehicles to trash receptacles to mobile basketball hoops.   Read the article…………………………….
