The Annapolis “penis house” became a beacon for laughs in hard times, but it appears the joke is over.  The Ramblewood Drive home with a 35-foot phallic holiday light display on the roof would have made a great landing strip for Santa, but after complaints to the neighborhood homeowners association, the display is no longer lit.    Read the article……………………………………
