Residents creeped out by security cameras aimed at pool from condo president’s windows (FL)

Question: One of the residents of our condo association (who also happens to be the board president) has put security cameras in his apartment windows pointing out onto the common areas of the complex (pool, barbeque, cabana, firepit). Some of the residents recently noticed these cameras in his unit and it made them uncomfortable. They felt it was kind of creepy that cameras could be watching them at the pool or while they were socializing.
