Oswego Pointe residents have a reason for guarding their parking (OR)

If you’ve ever tried to find a parking spot for a concert at Foothills Park, you’ve most likely seen several people guarding the first driveway to the Oswego Pointe Apartments.  Positioned in the middle of the entrance, with their large, handmade, “NO PARKING” sign and usually decked out in reflective vests or hats, these residents aren’t there just to prevent concert goers from taking parking spots away from the Oswego Pointe residents.
