The residents of a luxury condominium in Florida’s Palm Beach County are accusing the builder and developer of shoddy construction work on the property, which is just 7 years old.  The condo association of the VistaBlue building on Singer Island made the claims in a lawsuit now quietly working its way through the court, naming developer Riviera Beach Investors and general contractor Wieland Corporation alongside a bevy of subcontractors.   Read the article…………………………….
