RV owners protested outside Bosshardt Property Management on Monday and Tuesday afternoon.  Resident Bonnie Norris said when real estate entrepreneur Lincoln J. Hines company purchased the lots, they weren’t paying their dues, and they believe this is what led owners’ dues to double.  “We’re protesting because the bulk buyer doesn’t pay any dues.
