One Savannah resident is now suing her homeowner association after she said they abused their power by issuing unlawful fines.  Whitney Anderson lives in Chapel Park at Berwick.  She’s suing her homeowner association for $135,000 for giving out fines that she says go against HOA bylaws.    Read the article…………………………….
