The issues of cracked walls and foundation at Palm Beach Resort – similar to the Champlain Towers South — are laid out in a Baldwin County civil lawsuit, filed last August. The lawsuit has taken on a newfound sense of attention as beachfront cities ponder additional condo inspection protocols in the aftermath of a disaster that has killed 86 people as of Friday, with 43 still unaccounted.
