Shutters removed for condo concrete restoration, but some no longer meet code. Now what? (FL)

Question: I live in a 14-story condominium building that was built in the late 1980s. We are in the midst of an extensive concrete restoration project.  The concrete contractor removed our storm shutters and recorded their condition. They are now being reinstalled. Some shutters work fine, but others cannot be reinstalled because they are not compliant with the existing code.    Read the Q&A………………………………..
