Heat, hot water shutting off at Ronkonkoma condo complex (NY)

Residents of the Nob Hill Condominium complex in Ronkonkoma will be going days without heat or hot water.  Management says starting Tuesday morning, utilities in building No. 1 will be shut down for five days to replace a broken boiler.  “Our boiler needs to be replaced, if we don’t replace it, we will have an issue that will impact all residents for a much longer time period,” management told News 12 in a statement.    Read the article………………..
