A Simpsonville man said he’s done everything that his homeowners association has required him to do. He even paid $3,641.74 in attorney fees to resolve a long-running court dispute.  But Melchior Julien said in an email that the Holly Tree Plantation Homeowners Association is still trying to get him out of the neighborhood.
