As you may be aware, recent updates to the Condominium Act (ss. 718.112(2)(g)9 & 10, F.S.) and the Cooperative Act (ss. 719.106(1)(k)9 & 10, F.S.) require associations to submit a statement to the Division within 45 days of receiving their structural integrity reserve study (SIRS).
